Diabetes Management Programs
Type 2 Diabetes is the epidemic of the 21st century. The prevalence of diabetes in Victoria has more than doubled from 2% of the population in 2001, to 4.5% in 2011. Additionally it may lead to blindness, lower limb amputation, and is often associated with depression.

This will allow us to prescribe each participants exercise specific to their physical capacity and goals.
