The Prayer Pose is one of the best stretches to improve your posture and is a great stretch if you have been sitting for long periods of time. This exercise can also be used to help back pain, neck pain, or shoulder pain.
To start, kneel in front of a chair and place your elbows on the chair. From here, push your chest towards the floor and if comfortable, look up towards the ceiling.
