Our telehealth options are easy and accessible for everyone, at any age. Upon confirmation of your appointment, we will send you step by step instructions and talk you through the set up process personally to ensure the process is as straight forward and as smooth as possible. Our telehealth options are available both via telephone and Zoom.
On your initial visit, please any relevant documentation relating to your health, such as a referral from your doctor, blood test results, X-ray, MRI and scan reports. Please also bring with you, a list of your current medications, and medical history (if you have these handy). Try to wear loose clothing you feel comfortable moving freely in (such as tracksuits). It is also important that you wear appropriate foot wear (no open toe shoes). A water bottle and towel are also preferable.
We accept as Cash, Cheque, Credit Card or EFTPOS. We have a HICAPS terminal for on the spot claiming of all PAYG Services attracting Medicare and Private Insurance rebates
2 hour parking is available on Hawthorn Rd, directly in front of the clinic. alternatively there is ample parking on Olive Street which is located on the same side of Hawthorn Rd approximately 50 meters away

If you are attending privately, you do not need a doctor’s referral. If it is necessary that you require a medical clearance, we will inform you to see your GP. If you are claiming your Exercise Physiology services under Medicare you will require the relevant referral. Entitled Department of Veterans Affairs’ clients may also be referred for clinically necessary Exercise Physiology treatment on a valid D904 referral form.
