Glute Bridge

The glute bridge is one of the best exercises for improving the strength of your hip muscles and posterior chain. This exercise can also be used to help lower back pain.

To perform a glute bridge, lie on your back with your knees bent. Keep your feet flat on the floor with your hands by your sides. From here squeeze your bottom and lift your hips up as high as you can and slowly lower back down. Throughout this exercise make sure that your knees do not collapse inwards and ensure you do not raise your ribs off the ground.
