The Wall Angel is one of the best stretches to improve your posture, and shoulder mobility. This is a perfect stretch if you have been sitting for long periods of time and can also be used as a rehab exercise for back pain, neck pain, or shoulder pain.
To perform a wall angel, prop yourself up against the wall with your feet roughly thirty centimetres away. Try to keep your entire spine against the wall and complete a shoulder press motion. Ensure you keep your elbows and wrists in contact with the wall. If you’re struggling to keep your back against the wall, take a few steps further away.
