Bent Over Row

The bent over row is a great exercise to help improve your postural stability. You can use a barbell, or a broom/stick, whatever you've got handy!

To start, hold the barbell in front of your body. Then get into your hip hinge position, making sure you've got a nice flat back. From there, bring the bar towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades. Slowly control the bar back down, making sure that you don't round your back.
