Theraband Row  


The Theraband row is one of the best exercises for improving the strength in your back muscles and improving your posture. This exercise can also be used to help back pain and shoulder pain.

To complete the Theraband row, start by sitting with your legs extended. Wrap the band around your feet and from here, all you want to do is just draw your elbows back and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Ensure throughout the movement you are not rounding in the back, try to keep a nice upright posture as you complete the movement.
