The crab walk is a great exercise to improve your hip stability.
To perform the crab walk, all you need is an exercise band. Start by tying it around your legs, standing with your feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, hands on your hips, and in a mini squat position. From here, all we’re going to do is take a couple of steps sideways and then back in the other direction, making sure that at all times our toes stay pointing forwards and we don't stand up too tall.
