The shoulder press is a great exercise for building upper limb strength and shoulder stability. All you need is a couple of weights. It doesn't necessarily have to be dumbbells, you can use wine bottles, water bottles, whatever you've got at home!
We start by holding the weights at your shoulders, palms facing forward and push them straight up towards the roof. We then bring them back down slowly to the starting position. Making sure that we don't let the weights sway from side to side or arch your back as we push the weights up.
