Banded Bicep Curl 

Let’s look at the banded bicep curl. This is a great exercise for improving the strength of your arms, specifically the biceps.

To complete the exercise, take a shoulder-width stance over the band, locking your elbows into your rib cage. Then, begin curling your hands to just above 90 degrees at the elbow. Things you want to avoid are swinging your body when completing the movement and making sure that you complete this at a nice controlled speed. This exercise can be done two to three times per week for sets of 10 to 15 reps.
