Squat with Kettle Bell

This squat movement is a great exercise for lower body strength. You can use a heavy kettlebell or any other heavy equipment that you've got at home.

To begin, start with your feet shoulder-width apart, bend down by sticking out your bottom and bending your knees. Then, stand up by pushing your feet into the floor and squeezing your glutes on the way up. Repeat multiple reps, keeping in mind the number of reps will be determined by how heavy the kettlebell is. As you do this exercise, make sure you don't flex forward in your spine, keeping your back nice and straight.
